After several years of quiet but determined progress, Welicar Educational Centre in Dandora, Nairobi is entering an exciting new chapter.

Our mission has always been simple yet powerful: to provide quality education, hope, and opportunity to children growing up in one of Nairobi’s most underserved communities. Over the past few years, despite many challenges, our students, teachers, and supporters have continued to build something truly special together.

Today, Welicar Educational Centre is not only a place of learning, but also a place where children discover confidence, creativity, and the courage to dream beyond their circumstances.

One of the most encouraging developments has been the strengthening of our global friendships. Through the generosity of kind sponsors and partners from around the world, many of our students are receiving the support they need to stay in school and pursue their education with dignity.
